Originating years ago at JH Ranch, Holy Spirit filled worship is a hallmark of the JH experience. Our worship team will lead guests and volunteers in worship prior to Big Top Talks and other opportunities as assigned.

One of the JH sayings is “I heard & I forgot, I saw & I remembered, I did & I understood.” We say this to emphasize the reality that people learn by doing. Research supports this as generally speaking, people retain about 5% of what they hear, 20% of what they see, but around 75% of what they do. Our guests will remember what they experienced through our activities more than what they have heard. This is why JH Outback is all about Experiential Learning, why the activities setting is so crucial, and why your role is so important!

One of the JH sayings is “Fun First!” This area best captures the spirit of this saying. The skits, usually done just before certain talks, are a fun way to reiterate the themes of each message.

The primary role of the Marriage Lead(s) is to facilitate the marriage program and ensure that the logistics for the facilitators and the marriage program are covered. These logistics are included but not limited to site preparation for the marriage program, low/high ropes coordination for the marriage program, specific facilitator needs, date night logistics, marriage lodging locations, marriage agape requirements, and marriage coaching needs.
