CITY LEADER

The City Leader is responsible for developing a City Leadership team that is committed to establish JH Outback in their area.

The City Leader role is typically the catalyst for the launch of an Outback in a city. JH Alumni can exist in large numbers for years in a city. Until a City Leader comes as a driver and unifier, those alumni can remain idle with just a dream of JH Outback in their heart. Typically, the City Leader is the first and sometimes second Lay Leader for the first few events.

The City Leader leads the launch of the JH Outback in their city and takes the lead on forming the JH Outback local board along with the official establishment of the LLC. The City Leader also supervises the first event to ensure that the JH Outback event aligns fully with the “DNA” of JH as prescribed in the JH Outback Roadmap.

Huddle Groups

The men’s and women’s huddle groups have been the backbone of a core team for an Outback city. The takeaway from a JH Outback weekend experience is to seek God daily. Huddle groups afford the opportunity to share the “fresh manna” that God has communicated to the JH Outback team.
