MARKETING LEAD

The Marketing Leader is responsible for developing a marketing team that is committed to filling the JH Outback event.

This team should consist of influential people, some with platforms such as schools, churches and former guests who are influential to invite their community to the next JH Outback.

JH Outback’s primary marketing strategy is testimony --- by word of mouth. All other outlets support and reinforce a person-to-person invitation. Ideally, everyone that is part of the JH Outback community actively participates in inviting guests to attend the weekend events. The importance of this cannot be overstated. JH Outback is a platform that allows us to invite someone into what could be a spiritually transforming encounter with the Lord. By following the marketing plan, the Marketing Lead will keep JH Outback visible in the community at large and will keep reminders to invite-a-friend on the forefront of the local JH Outback community’s minds.
