City Leadership Roles

Within each city, there is a city leadership team who stewards JH Outback in their area. Each team member is designated a specific role on the team to help execute JH Outback in their city. Find each specific role below!

City Leader

 

The City Leader is the executive for the local JH Outback team, the lead visionary for the JH Outback local board and the supervisor of all functions of the city Outback.

City Treasurer

 

The City Treasurer is responsible for the accounting of all financial transactions throughout the year for the local JH Outback.

City Marketing Lead

 

The City Marketing Lead is responsible for developing a marketing team that is committed to filling the JH Outback event.

City Generosity Lead

 

The City Generosity Lead is responsible for ensuring that there is a comprehensive fundraising plan that will sustain the finances of the JH Outback for years to come. 

City Prayer Lead

 

The City Prayer Lead ensures that a culture of prayer remains the cornerstone of the ministry throughout the year and ensures that each weekend event is covered in prayer before, during and after the guest experience.

City Marriage Lead

 

The City Marriage Lead assists in our core responsibility of ministering and aiding husbands and wives.

Lay Leader

 

The Lay Leader is the senior executive for an individual JH Outback event and is responsible for supervising every aspect of the individual JH Outback event.
