The City Discipleship Lead exists to mentor and disciple volunteers who come to JH Outback weekends.
The City Discipleship Leader role is responsible for investing into the lives of volunteers who have been and plan to volunteer at JH Outback weekends. Practically, this leader will reach out to volunteers to spiritually invest into them using their own personal faith and testimony, core Bible reflections of JHEA and Heather Johnston’s Intentional Life of a Disciple.

Small Groups
The men’s and women’s small groups have been the backbone of a core team for an Outback city. The takeaway from a JH Outback weekend experience is to seek God daily. Small groups afford the opportunity to share the “fresh manna” that God has communicating to the JH Outback team.
